Still Loving You

Je me sens inspiré, ces temps-ci, alors autant en profiter un peu.

Cet été, j'ai beaucoup changé. Entre autre, mes goûts musicaux ont mutés comme un habitant de Tchernobyl. Le metalleux fermé que j'étais s'est prit d'amour pour le rock, eh oui! J'aime la musique classique depuis longtemps, j'aime toujours le métal, quoique ces temps-ci, je limite ce que j'écoute à du thrash américain, du heavy et un peu de power/progressif. Mais j'aime le rock, le bon vieux rock des années 60, 70 et 80.

J'ai remarqué que la musique moderne était souvent fade, côté émotions. Les années 80 ont certainement produit les meilleurs chansons d'amour, ainsi que les chansons les plus chargées en émotions. Le vieux rock, c'est la musique des amoureux et des nostalgiques, de ceux qui ont vécut la belle époque! La nouvelle musique manque en émotion ce qu'elle gagne en nouvelles techniques, mais la passion n'y est pas toujours.

Celle qui m'accroche le plus, c'est une ballade du groupe allemand Scorpions, icone des années 80 avec des groupes comme Whitesnake, Poison et Motley Crue. La ballade s'apelle Still Loving You.

Je n'avais jamais entendu une chanson aussi belle... Elle m'accroche et ne me lâche pas. Elle veut vraiment dire quelque chose pour moi, je crois. J'y sens toute la passion de ces musiciens chevronnés, d'ailleurs. Même étant un grand fan de Manowar, je dois dire que côté émotion et beauté, Scorpions l'emporte haut la main.

P.S.: J'aurais pu prendre une chanson de Whitesnake, mais il se trouve que je feelais Scorpions!^^
